AI Coordinator / AI Business Architect

This role is about understanding the business, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring AI initiatives are implemented, adopted, and used across the organization.

Drive AI across MASCOT

You will join our Process Optimization & Digitalization team and play a key role in shaping how AI is applied across the business.

Working closely with stakeholders in Denmark, Vietnam, and Laos, you will act as the link between business and IT — ensuring alignment, driving implementation, and supporting adoption.

What you’ll do

• Ensure alignment between business, IT, and AI
• Translate business needs into concrete AI solutions and use cases
• Define AI guidelines and governance
• Drive the implementation of AI agents and automation
• Coordinate AI projects and support adoption
• Communicate AI clearly across the organization

What you bring

• A Master’s degree in IT, Business, Economics, or a related field
• A strong understanding of AI in a business context
• Experience with project and change management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in Danish and English
• Python skills are considered a plus
