Team Manager – SmartStore (Internal Sales / Customer Service)

Lead a team supporting our digital customer service platform
At MASCOT, SmartStore is an important part of how we support customers, dealers, and colleagues across markets. While the platform supports sales, your team’s role is to ensure stable operations, strong support, and a seamless customer experience.
As Team Manager, you will lead a team of Internal Sales Assistants based at our headquarters in Denmark. Your focus will be on people, operations, and continuous improvement – working closely with IT and other stakeholders.
This is a role where success is measured by service quality, team performance, and efficient processes.
Your responsibilities

Lead, and develop your team of 11 and ensure engagement, well-being, and consistent performance

Create structure and clarity in daily operations and across digital support tasks

Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, with a strong focus on service quality and user experience

Support onboarding and continuous development of team members

Participate in recruitment and employee development processes

Drive improvements in workflows, systems, and collaboration across IT and business functions

Support and coordinate digital projects, including implementation and change management

Act as superuser for SmartStore and related systems (e.g. SAP), ensuring knowledge sharing and training

Step into daily operations when needed

Your background

Experience as a people leader – ideally within customer service, internal sales, digital support, or similar

Experience working with systems such as SAP, CRM, or other ERP platforms

Familiarity with ticketing systems or digital platforms is an advantage

General strong system understanding and interest in digital workflows
-
Fluent in Danish and English (German is an advantage)
