Lead a team driving our digital sales experience

As Team Manager for SmartStore, you will lead a dedicated team of Internal Sales Assistants supporting customers, dealers and internal stakeholders using our online sales platform. The team is located at our headquarters in Denmark.

You will play a key role in ensuring operational stability, developing the platform and elevating the customer journey. You will work closely with IT, Sales, Product and Marketing to ensure SmartStore continues to support our ambitious commercial goals.

 

Your key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop your team to ensure performance, well-being and engagement.

• Participate in recruitment processes and conduct annual employee development meetings.

• Oversee structured onboarding and deliver ongoing guidance to ensure high-quality support across markets.

• Drive continuous process improvements to strengthen the digital customer experience.

• Support and drive digital development projects, including coordination, implementation and change management, in close collaboration with IT, Sales and external partners.

• Ensure KPI and SLA targets are met and use data-driven insights to improve quality and efficiency.

• Act as superuser for SmartStore and related systems, ensuring knowledge sharing, documentation and training.

• Contribute to daily operations when needed.

Your qualifications

• Leadership experience, preferably from a digital support, customer service or project-focused role.
• Experience working with online sales platforms, e-commerce solutions or digital customer journeys.
• Experience with CRM, SAP or other ERP platforms, combined with strong overall system understanding.
• Experience with ticketing systems is beneficial.
• Fluent in Danish, German or/and English are an advantage.
