Team Manager – Internal Sales (Customer Service) – Export Markets

Then you might be the Team Manager we are looking for in our Internal Sales Export team. 

Lead a team focused on service excellence across Europe 

At MASCOT, Internal Sales is our customer service function – and a critical part of delivering a strong and consistent customer experience across our European markets. 

We are now looking for a Team Manager to lead a team of 10 colleagues based at our headquarters in Pårup, supporting markets such as Benelux, France, Italy, Spain, and Poland. 

This is a leadership role where your success is measured through your team’s performance, collaboration, and service quality. 

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Lead and develop your team to ensure high engagement, well-being, and consistent performance 

  • Create structure and clarity in daily operations and across markets 

  • Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, with a strong focus on service quality and efficiency 

  • Support onboarding and continuous development of team members 

  • Participate in recruitment and employee development processes 

  • Drive improvements in workflows, systems, and collaboration across departments 

  • Act as superuser for SAP and our phone system (SINCH) 

  • Step into daily operations when needed to support the team

Your background 

  • Experience as a people leader – ideally within customer service, internal sales, or support functions 

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and/or ticketing systems (or strong system understanding) 

  • Fluent in Danish and English (additional European languages are a plus)
