If so, you may be the new Team Manager for our Internal Sales Export team.

 

Lead a dedicated team supporting our European export markets

As MASCOT continues its growth journey, we are establishing a new Team Manager role to support our Export markets. You will lead a team of 10 skilled colleagues based at our headquarters in Pårup, providing service to our markets in the Benelux, France, Italy, Spain, and Poland.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop your team to maintain strong performance, well-being and engagement.
  • Managing onboarding and providing ongoing guidance, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Ensure KPI and SLA targets are met across markets.
  • Participating in recruitment processes and conducting employee development meetings.
  • Drive and support projects, including coordination, implementation and change management in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as superuser for our phone system (SINCH) and SAP.
  • Taking an active part in daily operations when needed.

Your qualifications:

  • Leadership experience, preferably from customer service or support function.
  • Experience working with SAP and ticketing systems (or strong IT flair and ability to learn).
  • Fluent in Danish and English (French or Dutch is an advantage).
