As our new TA Partner, you’ll play a key role – primarily in German speaking markets, but also across Europe – in delivering a high-quality end-to-end recruitment experience that helps fuel our ambitious journey.

 Your Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, tailored recruitment strategies.
• Proactively drive efficient, high-quality end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure time-to-fill performance.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining structure, quality, and professional candidate experience.
• Proactively drive sourcing activities to attract and engage qualified candidates across relevant channels.
• Guide hiring managers through the entire interview and selection process, influencing decisions and ensuring well-founded hiring choices.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey from first contact to signed contract.
• Strengthen and represent our employer brand across platforms and touchpoints.
• Use data and market insights to improve recruitment processes and support decision-making.
• Contribute to and drive strategic initiatives that further professionalize and develop recruitment at MASCOT.

 
What You Bring

• Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
• Confidence partnering with hiring managers.
• Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent German and English.
• Skilled in structured interviewing and assessment techniques.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
