Talent Acquisition Manager

At MASCOT our Talent Acquisition department supports our continued growth across Europe. As our new Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead this journey – shaping the strategy, developing the team, and ensuring recruitment excellence across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the TA team – ensuring performance, wellbeing, and capability building.
• Set direction and formulate recruitment strategy aligned with business needs and employee budgets.
• Driving a number of own recruitment projects from A to Z.
• Ensure that all prioritized recruitments are delivered on time and with high process quality.
• Drive employer branding and advocacy initiatives in collaboration with HR and key stakeholders.
• Continuously develop and optimize our recruitment and selection processes while maintaining speed (Time to Hire).
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, HR Manager, and hiring managers to secure alignment and progress.
• Leverage and further develop our use of systems and recruitment tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter).

What You Bring

• Strong experience within Talent Acquisition, including leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to set direction and translate strategy into operational results.
• Deep understanding of employer branding, candidate journey, and modern sourcing channels.
• Solid business understanding and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Experience working with recruitment systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Structured, quality-conscious, and persistent – with a hands-on mindset.
• A confident and clear communicator who inspires trust.
• Fluent Danish and English.
