Even the best standards sometimes need some personalization. As our new Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that tailored product requests become structured, manageable, and successful projects.
Working closely with our sales organisation, you help uncover and refine customer requirements and create a solid foundation for each project. From early scoping to pricing, forecasting, and technical setup flows, you make sure every step follows Mascot’s procedures and supports customer expectations and business goals.You bring together colleagues across departments, maintain a sharp overview of timelines, budgets, and quality. With your structured approach, clear communication, you ensure that special projects run smoothly and are delivered with professionalism, precision, and impact.
Your role:
As Project Manager, you will:
- Drive special orders by translating customer-specific needs into clear requirements and structured project plans.
- Coordinate and work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, refine expectations, and secure solid project foundations.
- Prepare professional customer quotations and ensure transparency around project profitability and risks.
- Be responsible for pricing, forecasting, and product setups for major customers,
- Manage key technical tasks such as SAP order creation, BOM verification, cost calculations, ...
- Partner and align with Mascot teams in Vietnam and Laos regarding production, samples, and project progress.
- Source and evaluate quotations from external suppliers and follow up on sample development.
What you bring:
- A structured approach to organisation: you manage timelines, prepare clear documentation, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain full overview throughout each project
- A strong understanding of sales processes and administration
- Excellent analytical skills and ease working with numbers, structured processes, and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
- A clear and adaptable communication style: you present information professionally and ensure smooth dialogue with customers, sales teams, and internal specialists
- A proactive and solution-oriented attitude — you take ownership of your projects, make informed decisions, and keep progress moving
- Strong language skills: you are fluent in English, and speak also Dutch or French; Danish is an advantage
