We are looking for a Product Manager to take commercial ownership of our workwear assortment within the Construction segment and help shape products that create real value for professional users.

Your role

As Product Manager, you will be the link between the market and our product development organization. You will translate customer needs, market insights and business strategy into competitive, relevant and profitable products.

You will take responsibility for development projects from initial decision through to launch, working closely with Design, Product Development, Purchasing & Quality, Production, Marketing and Sales. Once products are launched, you will follow their commercial performance and use market feedback and data to continuously optimize the assortment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, competitors and new developments within workwear and PPE
  • Identifying product opportunities and assessing their market and commercial potential
  • Defining product positioning, requirements, target pricing and expected profitability
  • Preparing clear product briefs and driving development projects from concept to launch
  • Working closely with Design and technical teams to ensure the right balance between functionality, quality, fit and market needs
  • Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders throughout the development process to ensure progress and timely launches
  • Building business cases and supporting commercial decisions for new products and collections
  • Monitoring sales, profitability, assortment performance and market feedback and turning insights into concrete actions
  • Driving continuous product improvements based on customer feedback, quality data and sustainability considerations
  • Developing and optimizing the Construction assortment through product improvements, additions and phase-outs
  • Providing clear product USPs and commercial input to Marketing and Sales

Who are you?

You combine a strong commercial mindset with an analytical and structured approach. You understand how customer and market needs translate into product opportunities and are comfortable taking ownership across several projects and stakeholders.

We expect that you:

  • Have solid experience in product management and product development within technical textiles or apparel – ideally workwear
  • Have experience with market and competitor analysis, benchmarking and product requirements
  • Have successfully managed product development projects from concept to launch
  • Have a good understanding of textile materials, functionality and technical product solutions
  • Are commercially minded and comfortable working with pricing, margins and product performance
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively across functions and cultures
  • Are fluent in English

You will join a highly cross-functional environment where market understanding, product expertise and commercial thinking come together to develop a competitive and relevant workwear assortment for professional users.
