Marketing Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

If you are motivated by a working day filled with varying marketing tasks and management of marketing projects in an international environment, you might be our Marketing Coordinator (maternity cover). 

We’re looking for a proactive and structured Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team for a maternity cover starting as soon as possible after 1st of September.

In this role, you will support the execution and coordination of marketing activities across the Nordic countries, and you will work closely together with our distributors to ensure strong alignment with our distributors’ marketing efforts.  You will contribute to both strategic and hands-on tasks—from market research and content creation to distributor collaboration and campaign support.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify trends and relevant marketing channels in the Nordic markets.
• Collect data regarding marketing channels as target audience, total reach, price and other relevant data.
• Provide sparring on suggested marketing channels based on research.  
• Coordination and preparation of newsletters.
• Support the sales team with implementing the marketing plan in the Nordic markets, including development and coordination of advertising materials and editorials. 
• Participate in meetings with distributors, presenting marketing initiatives, inspiration and possibilities with MASCOT.  
• Create marketing plans together with distributors.

• Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented, structured and with a sense of quality and responsibility
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English – written and spoken – and it’s a benefit if you speak Norwegian/Swedish/Finnish  

• Hold a higher education within marketing
