At MASCOT, we take pride in delivering top-quality products as well as outstanding customer service. In this role you will join our international customer service team, working closely with more than 45 skilled colleagues to deliver service that meets or exceeds expectations.
You will play a key role in supporting our colleagues, distributors, and customers in the French market.
Your tasks will include:
- Delivering high-quality customer service via phone and e-mail to support colleagues, distributors, and customers in the French market.
- Advising customers and distributors about our product range.
- Handling returns and complaints.
- Supporting customers on our online platforms and digital services.
- Order entries.
You will report to our Team Manager Export and collaborate with colleagues in Denmark, France and at our site in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Customer service professional with excellent French skills
You have a relevant education within administration, communication, sales or trade, and preferably experience from a similar role in an international company.
You must have excellent French skills, both written and spoken, as well as a good level of English. Additional languages are an advantage but not required.
You have solid IT skills, and experience with CRM, Outlook and Microsoft Office is a plus.
As a person, you are service-minded, structured and proactive. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, can handle routine tasks, and maintain attention to detail even during busy periods.
Working hours
- Monday - Wednesday: 08.00–16.30
- Thursday: 08.00–16.00
- Friday: 08.00–14.00
