Chain Coordinator Nordic

Are you strong in coordination, relationship building, and sales? Do you thrive in an international environment with many touchpoints and a clear commercial focus? Then you might be our new Chain Coordinator at MASCOT. 

In this newly created role, you will be the central point of contact for collaboration with our chain partners in Denmark. You will present and sell MASCOT’s value proposition and ensure that chain partnerships, campaigns, and sales activities are planned and executed professionally and efficiently - across the organization.

Your Primary Responsibilities

You will join the Chain & Campaign Department at our HQ in Pårup and work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and the Sales organization is our Nordic markets. Your key tasks will include:

• Planning, presenting, and selling MASCOT’s overall value proposition to chains
• Coordinating meetings, campaigns, and sales activities
• Presenting new products, tools, and campaigns in collaboration with the International Sales Manager Chains and Sales Denmark
• Identifying and developing new chain-specific business opportunities
• Ensuring structure and overview through annual plans for sales and marketing activities
• Coordinating trade fairs and chain-related activities
• Managing chain-specific marketing, corporate clothing, and promotional items
• Quality-assuring marketing materials and catalogues
• Maintaining pricing and special production in SAP
• Supporting training and e-learning for chain members
• Providing ongoing support to the country managers

Your Profile

We imagine that you:

• Have a relevant commercial education and experience from a coordinating, sales-oriented role
• Are structured, detail-oriented, and strong in planning and project management
• Thrive in customer dialogue, presentations, and sales
• Work independently, proactively, and solution-oriented
• Are outgoing, resilient, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Speak and write fluent English; as well as Norwegian, or Swedish
• Have strong IT skills and experience with SAP and the Microsoft Office package (advanced Excel level)
