Country Manager Sweden

Are you ready to take the lead in shaping MASCOT’s growth in Sweden? We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Country Manager Sweden to lead our sales team and strengthen our market position.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and motivate the Swedish Sales Team (Area Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Key Account Managers).
• Drive sales strategy and execution in close collaboration with the Market Director Nordic.
• Ensure achievement of sales and cost budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors as we sell exclusively through distributors globally.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and onboarding of team members.
• Coordinate and execute national marketing and sales activities.
• Share insights and contribute to best practices across Mascot’s international markets.

What you bring

• Proven leadership experience in sales of workwear, PPE, or related industries.
• Strong experience working through distributor channels.
• A track record in building and executing sales strategies.
• Excellent leadership, motivational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and CRM skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Swedish is a plus.
