Responsible for developing the end-user market in Liége, Luxembourg, and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic salesperson in the hunter category, who is passionate about finding new customers. This position is purely canvassing sales, and the objective is to continue our growth with companies switching to MASCOT workwear and safety footwear.
You will spend a large part of your day “in the field” seeking out sales opportunities. You work independently, identifying opportunities that must be converted into serious customer relationships – to the benefit of all parties.
The products are well-known and loved by users – especially for their high comfort and durability – and it is your job to convince both users and buyers why it pays off to choose quality from MASCOT.
Once the sale is closed, the customer is handed over to one of our dealers, who takes over the ongoing relationship. In other words, your role is not to build long-term relationships – you are here to open doors, convince, and pass the ball.
Your responsibilities:
- Targeted outbound B2B sales to relevant sectors with more than 50 employees, such as construction, industry, energy, utilities, transport, agriculture, logistics, etc.
- Present the value of the products with a focus on comfort, quality, and total cost of ownership.
- Convince decision-makers and ensure an effective handover to the dealer.
- Keep track of sales activities and report to management.
What you bring:
- You speak fluent Dutch and French and can communicate in English.
- Preferably, you are based in the Limburg-Liège region.
- Proven experience in new business development and B2B sales – ideally within industries focused on concept selling and/or technical supplies.
- Thrive in a high-activity environment and are driven by results.
- Have impact, work independently and strong at arguing for long-term value over price.
- Has a consistent employment history.

The Belgian team is part of Mascot Benelux, which includes approximately 45 colleagues. The Benelux office is located in Naarden, the Netherlands, and features a 500 m² showroom. In Belgium, a 900 m² showroom in Brussels-Zaventem also serves as the base for the Belgian team.
