A glimpse of your future role:
In this position, you are an active field salesperson with a strong hunter mindset and a drive to win new business. You will spend much of your time independently in the field, identifying prospects and converting them into serious customer relationships, to the benefit of end customers, our distributors, and MASCOT.
Our products are valued by users, especially for their high comfort and durability, and it is your opportunity to convince both users and buyers why it pays off to choose MASCOT quality. Your task is to secure the deal and then hand the customer over to one of our distributors, who will take over the ongoing relationship.
Your responsibilities

Active, targeted outbound B2B sales to small size and large companies in relevant sectors, such as construction, industry, energy, property maintenance, transport, logistics and utilities.

Present the value of the products and solutions with a focus on comfort, quality, and total cost of ownership.

Convince decision-makers and ensure an effective handover to the distributor.

Work closely with the Area Sales Manager, who will be your main colleague in the area.

Keep track of sales activities.
We imagine you are someone who

Has 5+ years of proven B2B experience in active field sales with new small size to large customers, ideally within workwear, safety footwear, or PPE.

Thrives in a high-activity environment and driven by results.

Has a mindset of a true hunter.

Demonstrates strong impact, independent working style, and ability to argue for long-term value over price.

Is fluent in Estonian, with the ability to communicate in English.

Is based in the Harju County and ready to have around 20 days annually.
