Your mission as Key Account Manager
You will take ownership of MASCOT’s growth in the Oslo area by identifying, approaching, and winning new end-user customers, always in close collaboration with our distributor network.
You create demand, build a strong pipeline, and convert opportunities into long-term business. From first contact through implementation, you drive the process and hand over strong, qualified customers to our distributors for ongoing partnership.
What you will do
- Hunt for new business across key sectors such as construction, industry, energy, transport, and logistics
- Engage and influence decision-makers to create demand for MASCOT’s premium solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors to maximize market potential
- Own your pipeline: plan, prioritize, and execute with a clear focus on results
- Deliver impactful product presentations and represent MASCOT at trade fairs
- Track performance and report on progress
This is a field-based role close to customers and new business opportunities. Sales cycles can be complex, your ability to think strategically and stay persistent is key.
Who you are
- A proactive B2B hunter with proven success in new business development
- Experienced in selling value rather than price, ideally within workwear, PPE, or other quality-driven industries
- Strong IT skills with hands-on experience using CRM platforms.
- Fluent in Norwegian and confident in English
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working independently
- Ready to travel (approx. 15-20 overnight stays per year, including Denmark)
