A glimpse into your future workday

As Account Manager at MASCOT in Ireland, you will play a key role in winning new business with medium and large end users. Your focus will be on proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities, building a pipeline of new customers, and converting prospects into loyal MASCOT partners.

You will collaborate closely with distributor sales teams, senior management, and colleagues both in Ireland and Denmark to align on business plans and secure growth in a competitive market.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Driving new business development with medium and large end users, including proactive prospecting and building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Developing and executing strategies to win new accounts and convert opportunities into long-term business.
  • Managing your own schedule effectively to maximise customer interactions, while recording and tracking activities in CRM.
  • Presenting MASCOT’s products and solutions in a compelling way that differentiates us from competitors.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and management in Ireland and Denmark to align on growth opportunities and representing MASCOT at trade fairs and exhibitions when required.

Our team culture in Ireland is friendly, professional, dedicated and supportive. As our new colleague you will get a competitive base salary and uncapped commission based upon all sales in Ireland and Northern Ireland –we work together as a team.  There is also a target related quarterly bonus and a company pension scheme. The position includes a fully expensed company vehicle for business and for private use up to 30.000 km per annum.
